Welcome to The Exchange Dress Agency, my name is Stella Holmes and I have been working in the business for 10 years and absolutely love what I do.

Here you will find preloved and new clothes and accessories.
I had a vision to create a shop with a lovely atmosphere specialising in selling beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. Classy, trendy, stylish everything to make you feel fabulous, while all the time helping the planet by recycling your preloved items.

Refunds
All items are fully refundable, please let us know within 24 hours and the item returned within 7 days, the purchase price will be refunded once we receive the item (postage costs are non refundable)
Preloved
As the world turns greener, there is no better time than now to be selling your pre-loved pieces.
A wardrobe detox is all it takes to make the change and you can earn from it and refresh your own wardrobe in the process. If you have items you no longer need and would like to sell, I accept these on a consignment basis, our impressive stock is proof of the experienced taste in selecting items we know customers will appreciate.
I provide a service for the owner of the item to recoup some money back and the buyer of the item receiving a quality item of clothing., hardly worn and in good as new condition at a fraction of the cost.
All items must be clean, laundered and ready to sell, please note we do cannot accept clothes from smokers as we cannot sell them.
I am selective on what I accept, all items must be in excellent condition, our designer and high street brands are all new or top quality pre loved.
You will be given a receipt upon collection or drop off with a collection date. I am more than happy to collect clothes from your home if you are local, alternatively we can arrange to meet at the shop. Anything unsold and not collected by this date will be donated to the charity of your choice.
